Within this service group, Løvenborg Industri A / S is working with the fabrication of pressurized equipment such as piping, pressurized tanks and pressurized vessels. Our set-up is supported by appropriate facilities, equipment and expertise as we continuously maintain and improve to keep pace with technology developments. We handle all delivery aspects in the areas of Procurement, Construction & Installation (PCI). In addition, we collaborate with a number of consulting engineering companies, so we can undertake tasks which include Engineering & Design.
Our supplies usually contain mostly everything from procurement of materials and components, cutting, welding, visual inspection, other annealing (PWHT), non-destructive testing (NDT), pressure testing, coating to installation. And finally, we ensure quality by gathering documentation as approved by the customer wishes.
Furthermore, we use our facilities and capability to provide modular solutions to customer design. By means of "Plug & Play" devices such as process units, consisting of multiple services such as pipes, pressurized vessels and structural frameworks. The advantage of the modular approach is that the customer can get done as much work as possible in our workshop, instead of at the site, which means savings in relation to the daily operations.
