Løvenborg Industri A / S has virtually since founded in 2000, been an active part of the Danish Offshore Oil & Gas industry. The company has built its foundation of knowledge and craftsmanship in the belief that it is needed to consolidate and develop the company.
Its owner and CEO Dennis L. Christensen founded the company as a welding company whose objective was to supply steel structures for the Danish industry. Later the company slowly began its deliveries to the Danish offshore oil and gas sector, which today has a significant stake in the company's growth and development.
In 2009 the company invested in new and larger production facilities at the port of Esbjerg and was in this context converted into a limited company. The investment was made in an effort to link Løvenborg Industri A / S more closely with the major players in the offshore energy sector. This transformation has led to that the company today works very targeted and structured approach to document, safety, quality and security regarding the companies supplies.
